摘要
无锡地铁3号线一期工程长~机区间与新梅出入段区间在一定范围内形成重叠段隧道,采用下方盾构隧道先行施工,后上方盾构隧道施工的顺序,在地面加固重叠段下方隧道,夹层土注浆加固,下方隧道内临时钢支架安装,严格控制盾构掘进参数,合理选用同步注浆材料,科学监测的方法,成功穿越重叠段。
In the first phase of the subway line 3,the overlap section tunnel is formed within a certain range between the Chang-Ji interval and the Xin-Mei entry and exit section.The shield tunnel is first constructed under the shield tunnel,and the tunnel below the overlap section is reinforced on the ground.The interlayer soil is reinforced by grouting,and the temporary steel bracket in the lower tunnel is installed.The shield tunnelling parameters are strictly controlled and the same is chosen reasonably.The step grouting material and scientific monitoring method have successfully crossed the overlapping section.
