摘要
目的了解2009-2018年内江市水痘的流行病学特征,掌握全市水痘疫情的发生发展规律,为制定科学防控策略和措施提供依据。方法从传染病报告信息管理系统导出水痘病例报表,对其流行病学特征进行描述和统计学分析。结果2009-2018年内江市共报告水痘病例9266例,年均发病率24.19/10万,无死亡病例。期间,全市水痘疫情平稳,无明显高发年(χ^2趋势=1.372,P>0.05)。4~7月、10月~次年1月为水痘发病高峰期。地区发病率以及病例在性别、年龄方面的差异均有统计学意义(χ^2=47.840、5.605、8618.770,P<0.05)。结论2009-2018年内江市水痘发病趋势呈现历年的一般水平,无明显疫情高发年,15岁以下儿童为高发人群,学生、幼托儿童、散居儿童为重点易感人群,教育部门、卫生部门应当一致行动起来,强化联防联控,进一步降低发病率,减少疫情出现的可能。
Objective To get an insight into the epidemiological characteristics of varicella in Neijiang City from 2009 to 2018,and to master the occurrence and development rules of varicella epidemic in the city,so as to provide basis for formulating scientific prevention and control strategies and measures.Methods The report forms of varicella cases were derived from the infectious disease report information management system,and its epidemiological characteristics were described and statistically analyzed.Results From 2009 to 2018,a total of 9266 varicella cases were reported in Neijiang City,with an average annual incidence of 24.19/100000 and no deaths.During this period,the varicella epidemic situation in the whole city was stable,with no significant high incidence years(χ^2 trend=1.372,P>0.05).April^July and October^January of the following year were the peak periods of varicella incidence.There were statistically significant differences in the regional incidence rate,gender and age(χ^2=47.840,5.605,8618.770,P<0.05).Conclusion From 2009 to 2018,the incidence trend of varicella in Neijiang City showed a general level over the years,with no obvious high incidence of epidemic.Children under the age of 15 were the high-risk groups,while students,preschool children and scattered children were the key susceptible populations.Education and health departments should take concerted action to strengthen joint prevention and control,further reduce the incidence of the disease and reduce the possibility of the epidemic.
