摘要
目的查明一起水痘暴发的原因,总结处置经验,为制定学校水痘等传染病防控提供科学依据。方法收集某高校水痘疫情资料和现场流行病学调查资料,进行描述性分析。结果共有16名学生发病,男生9人、女生7人,病例涉及7个班级10个宿舍,临床症状较轻,无重症及死亡病例,具有明显的发病高峰。结论疫苗接种率低、人群密集和水痘传染性强是本次水痘暴发的主要原因。建议实施水痘疫苗2剂次免疫程序,健全学校传染病防控体系。
Objective To find out the cause of an outbreak of varicella and to summarize the treatment experience,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases such as varicella in schools.Methods The data of varicella epidemic situation and field epidemiological investigation in a university were collected and a descriptive analysis was made.Results A total of 16 students were ill,including 9 boys and 7 girls.The cases were distributed in 7 classes and 10 dormitories,with mild clinical symptoms,no severe cases and deaths.There was a significant peak incidence.Conclusion The main causes of the outbreak were low vaccination rate,dense population and strong varicella infection.It is suggested to implement two doses of varicella vaccine immunization program in this region and improve the school infectious disease prevention and control system.
