摘要
内蒙古西辽河流域是我国重要的粮食生产基地,畜牧业生产基地和重要的生态安全屏障,该区域人口多、耕地多、产粮多、人均水资源占有量少,其水资源利用多通过开采地下水。近年来,随着经济社会的发展以及农业灌溉大规模的扩张,部分地区地下水开发利用过度,引发系列生态环境问题。文中分析了内蒙古西辽河流域地下水资源开发利用现状,分析其存在问题及成因,并提出在资源性缺水地区坚持“量水而行、以水定需”发展思路下的对策建议。
The Xiliaohe river basin in Inner Mongolia is an important food production base,animal husbandry production base and important ecological security barrier in China.The region has a large population,more cultivated land,more grain production and less water resources per capita.Its water resources are used mostly by exploiting groundwater.In recent years,with the development of economy and society and the large-scale expansion of agricultural irrigation,the excessive exploitation and utilization of groundwater in some areas has caused a series of ecological environmental problems.This paper analyzes the present situation of groundwater resources exploitation and utilization in Xiliaohe river basin of Inner Mongolia,analyzes its existing problems and causes,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions under the development idea of"measure water and determine water demand"in resource-deficient areas.
