摘要
综采放顶煤工作面由于开采工艺特殊,致使采空区留有大量的遗煤,存在遗煤自然发火隐患;本文以四老沟矿8106工作面为实例,在回采过程中因顶板破碎推进缓慢,同时采空区冒落不好漏风严重等原因,导致采空区CO浓度呈上升趋势,表明采空区发生了煤炭氧化反应;通过采取采空区堵漏风、改变工作面通风方式等措施,采空区一氧化碳浓度上升的隐患得到有效控制;确保了工作面的顺利回采,避免了因可能发生采空区遗煤自然发火而造成重大损失;为今后大同矿区石炭二叠系煤层的安全开采积累了经验,值得借鉴。
Aiming at the hidden hazard of left-over coal spontaneous combustion at 8106 working face in Silaogou Colliery,the author proposes the measures of fire prevention and extinguishing through sealing air leakage caused by broken roof fall to effectively control the elevated carbon monoxide concentration at goaf and changing the ventilation mode at working face to prevent left-over coal spontaneous combustion,which can provide reference for safety mining in Carboniferous Permian seam of Datong Mining Area.
