摘要
目的:探讨辅酶Q10联合金凤丸对高龄患者体外受精助孕的作用。方法:选取2015年5月至2018年8月邯郸市中心医院收治的高龄体外受精患者186例进行回顾性研究,根据治疗方法不同分为Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组,每组93例。Ⅰ组患者给予维生素E胶囊,Ⅱ组患者给予辅酶Q10胶囊联合金凤丸。观察两组患者卵巢储备指标[窦卵泡数目(AFC)、卵泡雌激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)及雌二醇(E2)]水平、卵巢反应性指标[促性腺激素(Gn)总量、Gn时间、人绒毛膜促性腺素(HCG)日子宫内膜厚度、促排卵期E2峰值]及体外受精结局。结果:治疗后,Ⅱ组患者AFC、LH水平明显高于Ⅰ组,FSH、E2水平明显低于Ⅰ组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,Ⅱ组患者Gn总量明显低于Ⅰ组,Gn时间明显短于Ⅰ组,HCG日子宫内膜厚度、E2峰值明显高于Ⅰ组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅱ组患者获卵数高于Ⅰ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者优胚数、临床妊娠率的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:辅酶Q10联合金凤丸能有效改善高龄女性患者的卵巢功能,对体外受精助孕有一定的效果。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of coenzyme Q10 combined with Jinfeng pills on in vitro fertilization in elderly patients.METHODS:Totally 186 elderly patients with in vitro fertilization admitted into Handan Central Hospital,from May 2015 to Aug.2018 were retrospectively analyzed according to different therapeutic methods were divided into the groupⅠand the groupⅡ,with 93 cases in each group.The groupⅠwas treated with vitamin E capsules,while the groupⅡreceived coenzyme Q10 combined with Jinfeng pills.The indicators of ovarian reserve[antral follicle count(AFC),follicular estrogen(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E2)]levels,indicators of ovarian response[total gonadotropin(Gn),Gn Time,human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)endometrium thickness,peak E2 during ovulation]and in vitro fertilization outcome of two groups were observed.RESULTS:After treatment,the levels of AFC and LH in groupⅡwere significantly higher than those in groupⅠ,and the levels of FSH and E2 were significantly lower than those in groupⅠ,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total amount of Gn in groupⅡwas significantly lower than that in groupⅠ,and the Gn time was significantly shorter than that in groupⅠ,the HCG endometrial thickness and peak E2 were significantly higher than those in groupⅠ,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of ovum obtained in groupⅡwas higher than that in groupⅠ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in optimal number of embryos and clinical pregnancy rate between two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Coenzyme Q10 combined with Jinfeng pills can effectively improve the ovarian function of elderly female patients,and has certain effects on in vitro fertilization.
