阿尔茨海默病患者基于体素形态学的CT和磁共振影像的比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:讨论研究对阿尔兹海默症(AD)患者基于体素形态学(VBM)的CT及磁共振影像的价值。方法:选择AD患者与正常志愿者各10例,应用3.0T扫描仪进行核磁共振检查(MR)并获得3D数据。之后进行正电子发射计算机断层显像检查(PET/CT);检测结束后注射11C-PIB600MBq,再次进行PET/CT。对MRI及PTE/CT获得影响进行重建与比较。结果:AD患者MR及PET/CT影像中两侧颞区灰质影像显著减少且PET/CT图像变化较MR更大(P<0.05)。结论:对AD患者基于VBM的CT与MR影响均可获得准确判断,但CT检测具有更高的敏感性,对疾病的诊断与指导治疗均可提供客观、科学的参考依据。
