摘要
采用工厂化预制地下管廊,产品质量好,但构件重量大、拼装精度要求高、需研究预制管廊构件的生产技术。以山钢集团日照钢铁精品基地项目供配电电缆隧道工程项目为工程背景,研究预制方涵构件的生产准备工作、模板拼装、浇筑混凝土、蒸汽养护以及拆模等施工步骤。
Factory prefabricated underground pipe gallery has good quality,but its members are heavy,having high requirement for assembly accuracy,so the production technique of prefabricated pipe gallery members must be studied.The power supply and distribution cable tunnel project in Shandong Iron and Steel Group classic product base was taken as an example to study the production steps of prefabricated square culvert member,such as production preparation,formwork assembly,concrete casting,steam curing and formwork removal,etc.
