随着软件产品的不断开发,世界管理学科的迅速发展,软件项目管理在新时代的背景下应运而生。对此,本文通过从软件项目管理的作用入手,对如何在实际开发中应用软件项目管理、在哪些方面开展软件项目管理等方面,提出了几点有效建议,以促进软件工程事业长远发展。
