摘要
玻璃密封电连接器中的封接玻璃材料对产品性能的实现至关重要,研制开发了一种满足485℃高温使用要求的钙钡硅封接玻璃并确定了其封接工艺。试验结果表明,采用该工艺生产的耐高温电连接器可以满足泄漏率小于2×10^-9 Pa·m^3/s,485℃时高温绝缘电阻>20 MΩ的指标要求。该封接玻璃材料及其封接工艺已在公司高温密封电连接器上得到推广应用,实现工业化生产。
The properties of sealing glass play an important role in the performance of glass sealed hermetic electric connector.In this paper,an alkaline earth silicate glass was developed to meet the requirement of utilizing at 485℃.The process of the glass sealed to metals was also studied.The leak rate of the hermetic connector is less than 2×10^-9 P·am^3/s,and the insulation resistance at 485℃is higher than 20 MΩ.This sealing glass has been widely used in the hermetic connectors to be able to withstand high temperatures of our company.
