摘要
对国内某巨型水电站机组高压油减载系统的组成及其运行情况分析表明,高压油系统压力与推导油温成反比关系,与水头成正比关系。高压油系统压力在不同油温、不同水头下将会有所不同,在设定高压油系统运行参数时应经过精密计算,同时参考系统所需最小压力限值以及高压油系统正常运行压力范围,进而合理设定运行参数,方能避免报警信号误发。
The composition and operating status of the high-pressure oil load shedding system in an 800 MW hydro-turbine generator unit are analyzed.It shows that the pressure of the high-pressure oil system varies with the oil temperature and the water head.It is inversely proportional to the oil temperature and proportional to the water head.To avoid false alarms,reasonable operation parameters of the high-pressure oil system should be set with accurate calculation,and the minimum pressure limit and the normal operation pressure range required by the system should be considered.
