摘要
疫苗免疫是预防各种传染病的最有效、最经济的方式。佐剂对于疫苗的研发具有十分重要的意义。目前已上市的疫苗佐剂包括铝盐佐剂、MF59、类病毒颗粒、AS04、AS03、AS01和CpG。本文对已上市人用预防疫苗佐剂的组成成分、作用机制、特点及安全性作一综述。
Prophylactic vaccination against pathogens has emerged as the most effective and economically viable medical discovery. Adjuvant plays a vital role in vaccine development. At present,the licensed adjuvant for prophylactic vaccine for human use includes aluminum salt,MF59,virosome,AS04,AS03,AS01 and CpG. This article reviews the component,mechanism,characteristics and safety of licensed adjuvant for prophylactic vaccine for human use.
