摘要
对一台电梯限速器轮断裂的故障进行了深入分析。根据断口情况确定限速器轮属于脆性断裂。对引起脆性断裂的两个主要原因了详细论述,得出限速器轮在上述两个原因的共同作用下发生脆性断裂的结论。并在风险分析的基础上,提出了有效的防范措施。
The fracture fault of pulley of an elevator overspeed governor is analyzed.According to the fracture condition,the pulley fracture belongs to brittle fracture.The two main causes of brittle fracture are discussed in detail,and the conclusion that the brittle fracture occurs to the overspeed governor pulley under the action of the two reasons is drawn.Based on the risk analysis,effective preventive measures are put forward in this paper.
