摘要
目的探讨门诊优质护理干预的实施在老年输液患者中的应用效果。方法研究选取2018年7月-2019年5月该院门诊收治的120例老年输液患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为60例常规组和60例优质护理组,其中常规组老年输液患者给予常规护理干预,优质护理组老年输液患者给予优质护理干预,对两组老年输液患者SAS评分、SDS评分、护理满意度、一次穿刺成功率和不良事件发生率进行分析。结果护理后,优质护理组SAS评分、SDS评分分别为(30.20±6.55)分、(32.57±5.01)分,均较治疗前和常规组低,与常规组比较差异有统计学意义(t=12.349、10.371,P<0.05);优质护理组老年输液患者护理满意度和一次穿刺成功率(98.33%、93.33%)高于常规组,不良事件发生率(5.00%)低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.677、6.334、4.210,P<0.05)。结论在门诊优质护理干预的实施在老年输液患者中的应用效果显著,可显著改善患者焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高满意度和一次穿刺成功率,降低不良事件发生率,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of quality nursing intervention in outpatient department in elderly patients with transfusion. Methods 120 cases of senile infusion patients admitted to the hospital from July 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into 60 cases of routine group and 60 cases of high-quality nursing group by random number table method. The senile infusion patients in the routine group were given routine nursing intervention, and the senile infusion patients in the high-quality nursing group were given high-quality nursing intervention. The SAS score, SDS score, nursing satisfaction, success rate of puncture and incidence of adverse events were analyzed between the two groups. Results After the nursing, the SAS score and SDS score of the high-quality care group were(30.20±6.55) points and(32.57±5.01) points, which were lower than those before treatment and the conventional group, and there were statistically significant differences compared with the conventional group(t=12.349, 10.371, P<0.05);nursing satisfaction and successful puncture success rate(98.33%, 93.33%) of elderly infusion patients in the high-quality care group were higher than those in the conventional group, and the incidence of adverse events(5.00%) was lower than that in the conventional group. The difference was statistically significant.Significance(χ^2=5.677, 6.334, 4.210, P<0.05). Conclusion The application of quality nursing intervention in outpatient clinic in senile patients with infusion has significant effect. It can significantly improve anxiety and depression, improve satisfaction and success rate of puncture, and reduce the incidence of adverse events. It is worth promoting.
