摘要
乳糖是仔猪的主要能量来源,乳糖酶对乳糖的消化吸收起着至关重要的作用。乳糖酶缺乏导致乳糖不耐受,产生肠胃胀气、腹痛甚至腹泻等症状,严重影响着仔猪的成长。本文围绕猪乳糖酶的来源、乳糖酶缺乏与腹泻的关系以及乳糖酶缺乏的治疗展开综述,以期为仔猪的饲养提供参考。
Lactose is the main energy source of piglets,lactase plays an important role in the digestion and absorption of lactose.Lactase deficiency leads to lactose intolerance,flatulence,abdominal pain and even diarrhea,which seriously affects the growth of piglets.In this paper,the source of lactase,the relationship between lactase deficiency and diarrhea,and the treatment of lactase deficiency in pigs were reviewed,so as to provide references for piglets feeding.
