摘要
在“互联网+外贸”的新常态下,跨境电商成为对外贸易提升的新动力,随着“一带一路”政策大力推进,我省与“一带一路”沿线国家的合作交流日益广泛,跨境电商发展稳步提升,但仍存在专业人才缺失、物流模式滞后、跨境电商自主品牌建设困难和经营模式定位模糊等问题。基于此,安徽应充分利用“一带一路”政策带来的利好条件,通过“校、政、企”共同发力,探索人才培养模式;完善跨境电商物流体系,合作共建双赢“海外仓”;以产品品质为核心,有效建立品牌竞争力,助力安徽企业“走出去”;依据企业资源合理规划,选择合适的跨境电商模式,以此促进安徽省跨境电商的快速发展。
Under the new normal of“Internet+Foreign Trade”,cross-border e-commerce has become a new impetus for the promotion of foreign trade.With the vigorously implement of the“the Belt and Road”policy,cooperation and exchanges between our province and countries along the Belt and Road Initiative have become increasingly widespread.Cross-border e-commerce development has steadily improved,but there are still problems such as lack of professional talents,lagging logistics mode,difficulties in building cross-border e-commerce independent brands and vague positioning of business models.Based on this,Anhui should make full use of the favorable conditions brought about by the“the Belt and Road”policy,and jointly explore the talent training model through“school,government and enterprise”;improve the cross-border e-commerce logistics system and cooperate to build a win-win“overseas warehouse”.With product quality as the core,effectively build brand competitiveness and help Anhui enterprises to“go global”;according to the rational planning of enterprise resources,choose the appropriate cross-border e-commerce model to promote the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce in Anhui Province.
