步进电机探针式量水堰计在张河湾抽水蓄能电站的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目前国内常见的量水堰自动测量装置主要有振弦式、称重式和浮子式,其在应用过程中会存在设备结钙或测值漂移等问题。为此,国网新源检修分公司根据现场情况研制出了步进电机探针式量水堰计,并在张河湾抽水蓄能电站上水库成功应用。从运行情况来看,步进电机探针式量水堰计观测精度高、人工比测方便、维护量小、长期稳定性高、兼容性好,完全满足渗漏监测的需要,应用前景广阔。 At present,the common automatic measuring devices of weir in China mainly include vibrating string type,weighing type and float type.However,according to the field situation,there will be problems such as calcium deposit or measurement drift.To this end,the State Grid Xinyuan Maintenance and Repair Branch has developed a stepper motor probe-type measuring device for flow measuring weir based on the site situation,and successfully applied it in the upper reservoir of Zhanghewan Company.From the perspective of operation,the stepper motor probe-type measuring device for flow measuring weir has the advantages of high observation accuracy,convenient manual measurement,small maintenance,high long-term stability and good compatibility,which fully meets the needs of leakage monitoring and has broad application prospects.
