摘要
坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,把职业教育摆在教育改革创新和经济社会发展中更加突出的位置。结合职业院校工业分析与检验专业教学与企业所需人才对接中存在的问题,秉承职业院校培养人才的初心,以培养高质量的技能型人才为宗旨,通过提升专业教师队伍素质、专业教学实施的革新以及实践育人实施的各项保障等,将实践育人理念及职业精神有机融合到专业教学中,研究构建适于专业教学实施、促进专业发展的教学改革新模式。
Under the guidance of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,vocational education has been given a more prominent place in education reform,innovation and economic and social development.Vocational colleges industrial analysis and inspection professional teaching and the problems existing in the enterprise talent needed for docking,adhering to the vocational colleges to cultivate talents of beginner's mind,for the purpose of cultivating high-quality skilled talents,through improve professional quality of teachers,teaching innovation and practice education,etc.,to ensure the implementation practice educational ideas and the professional spirit of organic fusion to professional teaching,the research to build suitable for professional teaching new mode,and promote the professional development of teaching reform.
