摘要
指出了开展露天矿山综合整治是打赢蓝天保卫战,改善矿山生态环境,促进矿业绿色发展的有力保证。阐述了露天矿山综合整治基本原则和重要目标,提出了当前综合整治几点政策建议,旨在为露天矿山综合整治提出借鉴和参考。
Carrying outthe comprehensive renovation of open-pit mines is a strong guarantee to win the blue-sky defense war,improve the mine ecological environment and promote the green development of mining industry.This paper expounds the basic principles and important objectives of the comprehensive treatment of open-pit mines,and puts forward ten policies and measures for the current comprehensive treatment in order to provide reference for the comprehensive treatment of open-pit mines.
