摘要
随着快递货量飞速增长,对快递公司枢纽站货量操作带来了极大的压力,通过建立中转站分担快递枢纽货量压力是解决该问题的方法之一,且每日快递货量的不确定性,增加了问题的复杂性。针对该问题,建立了在不确定需求下,以时效和总成本为目标的快递枢纽中转站双目标整数规划选址模型,并以DB快递公司上海区域为例,运用NSGA-Ⅱ方法求解。求解结果表明NSGA-Ⅱ方法,在求解质量上与ε约束法非常相近,且求解速度远好于约束法。
With the rapid growth of express freight volume,it brings great pressure to express company hub freight operation.One of the ways to solve this problem is to set up a transfer station to share the pressure of express hub freight volume.A bi-objective integer programming location model of express hub transfer station is established,which aims at time-effect and total cost under uncertain demand.Taking the Shanghai area of DB Express Company as an example,the NSGA-Ⅱmethod is used to solve the model.The results show that the solution quality of NSGA-Ⅱmethod is very close to that of theεconstraint method,and the speed of getting solution is much faster than that of theεconstraint method.
