摘要
近年来随着国家对职业卫生工作的日益重视,以及《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》《职业健康检查管理办法》《工伤保险条例》等法律法规的最新修订颁布,卫生健康部门对职业健康检查质量提出了更高的要求,新出台的《职业健康检查质量控制规范(试行)》中首次明确了职业健康检查机构应建立质量管理体系的要求。本文参照《职业健康检查质量控制规范(试行)》以及实验室质量管理系列标准,结合职业健康检查机构自身的行业特点,就职业健康检查机构质量管理体系建立中涉及的各要素与其对应的程序要求进行详细阐述。
With the country’s increasing attention to occupational health work in recent years,and the latest revision and promulgation of laws and regulations such as the Code of Occupation Disease Prevention of the People’s Republic of China,the Administration of Occupational Health Examination,and the Regulations on Work Injury Insurance,health department set higher requirements for occupational health examination. The newly enacted Quality Control Standards of Occupational Health Examination(on trial) clearly requires occupational health examination organizations to establish quality management system. This article thoroughly explained the requirements and procedures involved in the quality management system of occupational health examination organizations,according to the Quality Control Standards of Occupational Health Examination(on trial),the serial standards of laboratory quality management system,as well as the characteristics of occupational health examination organizations.
