摘要
目的了解腰椎间盘突出症住院官兵疾病知信行现状及相关影响因素。方法采取自行设计的知信行问卷,对某部队医院2018年10月-2019年5月因军事训练伤致腰椎间盘突出症的住院官兵进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 278名腰椎间盘突出症住院官兵疾病知识、态度、行为百分制得分分别为47.14±25.46、91.05±10.08、57.05±10.78。学历、"训练中是否出现过腰部外伤"是官兵疾病知识的影响因素(均P<0.05),学历、军龄是官兵疾病行为的影响因素(均P<0.05),"首次发病前是否接受过腰椎间盘突出症相关防护知识教育"是官兵疾病知信行的共同影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症住院官兵疾病知识与行为水平偏差,疾病态度尚可。医务人员应开展个性化、针对性健康教育,促进官兵养成良好疾病认知、治疗信念及行为方式。
Objective To understand the status and influencing factors of knowledge-attitude-practice of hospitalized officers and soldiers with lumbar disc herniation. Methods A self-designed knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire was conducted to investigate the hospitalized officers and soldiers of lumbar disc herniation caused by military training injuries in a military hospital from October 2018 to May 2019. And the data were analyzed. Results The scores(centesimal system) of knowledge,attitude and behavior of 278 hospitalized officers and soldiers with lumbar disc herniation were 47.14 ±25.46,91.05±10.08 and 57.05±10.78,respectively. The education and whether there was a lumbar trauma in military training were the influencing factors of the disease knowledge of hospitalized officers and soldiers with lumbar disc herniation(both P<0.05). Education and military age were the influencing factors of the disease behaviors of hospitalized officers and soldiers(both P<0.05). Whether they had received relevant knowledge about the prevention of lumbar disc herniation before the first onset of illness was a common influencing factor in the disease knowledge,attitudes and behaviors of officers and soldiers(all P<0.05). Conclusion The knowledge and behavioral levels of hospitalized officers and soldiers in lumbar disc herniation are poor,and the disease attitude is relatively good. Medical staff should adopt personalized and targeted health education to promote the disease cognition,treatment beliefs,and behaviors of officers and soldiers.
