摘要
在全面分析农村供水行业监管工作面临的新形势、新要求和薄弱环节的基础上,针对狠抓重点提出了加强农村供水监管体系的对策措施,即进一步强化监管主体的责任,明确监管对象和监管法规政策依据,细化监管内容,细化和强化监管措施,充实与增强监管手段。从健全农村供水法律法规、理顺农村供水监管管理体制、创新农村供水监管运维模式三个方面给出了强化行业监管工作的建议。
With comprehensive analysis of new situation,supervision needs and weak links of water supply in rural areas,and focusing on the key link,concrete measures are proposed to further clarify responsibility of supervisors,supervision object and consolidate policy framework for detailing contents,measures and enriching of supervision devices.Suggestions are given from three aspects of perfecting laws and regulations,supervision and management system,and innovating operation and maintenance mode for rural water supply supervision.
