摘要
企业安全文化建设是一项科学的安全系统工程,不能一蹴而就。阐述企业安全文化建设的理论性研究成果,理清企业安全文化建设存在的问题,理论联系实际,从石油工程企业加强安全风险管理的实践角度出发,从强化全员安全文化理念、建立完善安全制度体系、厘清三个层次安全责任等方面探讨企业安全文化建设典型措施,为进一步完善石油工程企业安全文化建设体系提供参考。
Enterprise safety culture construction is a scientific safety system engineering and can not be accomplished overnight.This paper expounds the theoretical research results of enterprise safety culture construction and clarifies the existing problems.By linking theory with practice and from the practical view of strengthening safety risk management,it also discusses the typical measures for safety culture construction in enterprises from such aspects as strengthening all staff's concept of safety culture,establishing and perfecting safety system and clarifying three levels of safety responsibility so as to provide the reference for further improvement of petroleum engineering enterprise safety culture construction system.
