摘要
油田生产测试及井下作业过程中,常因钢丝、电缆自身质量原因或受井内酸性流体腐蚀发生氢脆等情况遇到清蜡、测试作业时工具遇卡,测井工具及电缆落井导致发生井下事故,从而必须打捞处理井筒内绳缆类落物。通过从绳类落物结构特点、打捞难度分析,逐步研究完善绳类落物打捞工艺技术,形成绳类落物打捞技术,从而提高恢复油井产能效率。
In the process of oil field production test and downhole operation,hydrogen embrittlement often occurs due to the quality of steel wire cable or acid fluid corrosion in the well.When the tool is stuck in the paraffin test operation and the logging tool and cable fall into the well,the downhole accident may occur.Therefore,it is necessary to salvage and deal with the rope and cable falling into the wellbore.By analyzing the structural characteristics of rope falling objects and fishing difficulty,this paper studies and improves rope falling objects fishing technology step by step so as to improve the productivity and efficiency of oil well recovery.
