涪陵页岩气田焦石区块增压开采效果预测 被引量:3

Prediction of Pressurized Production Effect in the Coking Rock Block of Fuling Shale Gasfield

摘要 涪陵页岩气田焦石坝区块经过5年多的规模开发已处于开发中后期阶段,多数气井自然稳产期结束,气井正常生产受外输管网压力影响,井筒积液严重、产量快速递减,区块稳产困难。为缓解区块产量递减,在增压集输地面工艺的研究基础上采用不稳定产量分析法进行增压开采效果预测。预测研究表明:焦石坝区块增压开采可以维持气田稳产,较自然开采可多采出页岩气47.6×10^8m^3,提高采收率1.81%。 After more than five years of large-scale development,Jiaoshiba Block in Fuling Shale Gasfield is in the middle and late stage of development.Most gas wells end their natural period of stable production.The normal production is affected by the pressure of external pipeline network,the wellbore liquid accumulates seriously and the output rapidly decreases,making stable block production difficult.In order to alleviate the decline of block production,unstable yield analysis method is used to predict the production effect of pressurized production based on the study of pressurized gathering and transporting ground technology.The prediction study shows that the pressurized exploitation in Jiaoshiba block can maintain the stable production of the gas field and produce more shale gas(47.6×10^8m^3)and 1.81%higher recovery ratio than natural exploitation.
