摘要
目的:探讨骨性Ⅰ类不同垂直骨面型成人牙槽骨骨皮质密度和厚度的差异,为微螺钉种植体的选用提供参考。方法:选取120例骨性Ⅰ类患者(18~45岁)的锥形束CT(CBCT)图像,根据前颅底平面和下颌平面交角与后面高和前面高之比分为低角组(n=40)、均角组(n=40)和高角组(n=40),测量上颌骨颊侧、舌侧和下颌骨颊侧的骨皮质密度及厚度。结果:3组患者的上颌骨颊侧、舌侧和下颌骨颊侧的骨皮质密度及厚度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:骨性Ⅰ类成人在植入微螺钉时可不过度关注垂直骨面型。
Aim:To provide some references for the selection of the mini-implant placement sites in clinical orthodontic treatment by comparing the cortical bone density and thickness in skeletal classⅠadults with different vertical facial types using cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT)images.Methods:CBCT images of 120 skeletal classⅠpatients at age,18-45 years were selected and classified into hypodivergent(n=40),normodivergent(n=40)and hyperdivergent groups(n=40)according to Sella-nasion/gonion-menton angle and Sella-gonion/nasion-menton ratio.The cortical bone density and thicknesses were measured at upper and lower interdental sites from the distal surface of the canine to the mesial surface of the second molar.Results:The cortical bone density and thickness were not significantly different among hypodivergent,normodivergent and hyperdivergent groups at any of the measurement sites(P>0.05).Conclusion:Orthodontists should not pay too much attention to the vertical facial type when implanting mini-implant in adults of skeletal classⅠ.
