摘要
针对油田在开发过程中经常遇到流变性地层的流动导致大量的套管被挤坏的情况,推导了套管水泥环组合体在非均匀载荷下的应力计算公式,并建立了套管水泥环组合体强度模型。以套管内壁的有效应力和组合体工程造价为目标提出了流变性地层套管水泥环组合体的优化设计方法,建立了3种类型的优化数学模型。研究了不同组合条件下的套管水泥环组合体承受非均匀载荷的能力及其相对应的工程造价,优化的结果能够较好地指导套管水泥环组合体的设计。
In view of the fact that a large number of casings are crushed by the flow of rheological formation during the development of oil field,the stress calculation formula of casing and cement sheath combination under non-uniform load was derived,and the strength model of casing and cement sheath combination was established.Aiming at the effective stress of the inner wall of the casing and the engineering cost of the combination,the optimization design method of casing and cement sheath combination in the plastic flow formation was proposed,and three types of optimized mathematical models were established.The ability of the casing and cement sheath combination under different combination conditions to bear non-uniform load and its corresponding engineering cost were studied.The optimization results can better guide the design of casing and cement sheath combination.
