摘要 在被动式低能耗建筑规模化、区域化发展的趋势下,探索并确立不同类型建筑的被动式低能耗建设技术路线、用能标准及负荷特性指标,已成为高能效片区/城区需求侧能源规划和实施以区域为对象的能源产、储、消系统平衡设计的基础性工作。本文以文安东都环保产业园内的综合楼A栋为例,详述了宿舍和食堂建筑的被动式低能耗技术方案,并对比了不同计算方法下建筑的负荷和能耗指标,旨在为宿舍类建筑,尤其是带有大型厨房的公共建筑的高能效建设提供技术经验。 In the trend of large-scaled development of passive and low-energy buildings,exploring and establishing the technical routes,energy consumption standards and load characteristics of different types of passive and low-energy buildings have become a fundamental work for the demand side energy planning of energy-efficient communities/districts and the balanced design of energy production,storage and consumption systems within a regional object.Taking Building A of Complex Building in Wen’an Dongdu Eco-Industrial Park as an example,this paper elaborates the passive and low-energy building technologies of dormitory and canteen buildings,and compares the building load and energy consumption analytical results with different calculation methods,aiming at providing technical experiences for the high-efficiency construction of dormitory buildings and public buildings with large kitchens.
