摘要 针对带式输送机传统紧张装置不能较好适应输送带现场复杂张力变化的问题,采用PID模糊控制方法对带式输送机自动张紧装置进行优化改进设计。通过带式输送机自动张紧装置的现场应用分析,该套采用微处理器控制的带式输送机自动张紧装置能够满足现场输送带复杂张力变化的使用要求,实现了带式输送机张力自动控制的目的,对全矿井范围内推广应用带式输送机自动张紧装置具有积极的实际应用价值和经济技术意义。 Aiming at the problem that the traditional tension device of belt conveyor can′t adapt to the complex tension change of belt on site, adopt PID fuzzy control method to optimize and improve the design of automatic tension device of belt conveyor. Through the field application analysis of automatic tension device of belt conveyor, this set of belt was controlled by microprocessor. The automatic tension device of belt conveyor can satisfy the requirement of complex tension change of conveyor belt on site and realize the purpose of automatic tension control of belt conveyor. It has positive practical application value and economic and technical significance for popularizing and applying automatic tension device of belt conveyor in the whole mine.
