摘要
提出了FAST舱停靠平台升降立柱的详细结构设计,升降立柱作为舱停靠平台的主体支撑装置,是整个舱停靠平台的基础。通过软件ANSYS Workbench建立了升降立柱的有限元模型,针对升降立柱在不同工况下进行了有限元分析,得到了升降立柱在不同工况下的变形和应力结果。用数据验证了升降立柱结构设计的安全性,为舱停靠平台项目的实施奠定了基础。
The detailed structural design of the lifting column for FAST cabin docking platform was presented.As the main supporting device of the cabin docking platform, the lifting column is the foundation of the whole cabin docking platform. The finite element model of the lifting column with the general finite element software ANSYS Workbench was also established.Finite element analysis was carried out for different working conditions of the lifting column.The deformation and stress results of the lifting column under different working conditions were obtained.The safety of lifting column structure design was verified by data.It laid a foundation for the implementation of the cabin docking platform project.
