摘要
针对目前PCBA测试效率低、自动化通用性不高、测试过程不可追溯等问题,设计一种PCBA全自动在线测试平台。测试平台采用立式机器人搬运基板,并且自动完成对基板的测试,实现整个测试过程无人参与。FCT在线测试和实时显示,测试数据同步保存于数据库中,便于对测试过程的追溯、管理、分析和统计等。模块化的设计使得平台扩展性好,通用性强,测试产品多样化。同时,测试平台实现了全自动化,降低了人力成本,提高了测试效率。
Aiming at the current low efficiency of PCBA test, low automation versatility and non-traceable test process, a PCBA automatic online test platform was designed. The test platform used a vertical robot to transport the substrate and automatically completes the testing of the substrate, achieved no participation in the entire test process. FCT online test and real-time display, test data was stored in the database synchronously, which was convenient for traceability, management, analysis and statistics of the test process. The modular design made the platform expandable, strong commonality, test product diversification. At the same time, the test platform fully automated test was achieved, the labor costs was reduced and test efficiency was improved.
