摘要
为改善传统的固定电话下盖注塑模具设计工艺,达到节约生产成本的目的,对固定电话下盖进行工艺分析,从而确定选材并确定模具的整体设计方案,最终基于UG完成模具整体的三维设计。实践证明,改进的设计方案合理,塑件成型质量好,生产效率高,有一定的参考价值。
In order to improve the traditional design process of the injection mold for the lower cover of the fixed telephone and save the production cost,the process analysis of the lower cover of the fixed telephone was carried out to determine the material selection and the overall design scheme of the mold,and the overall 3D design of the mold was completed based on UG.The practice shows that the improved design is reasonable,the molding quality of plastic parts is good,and the production efficiency is high.
