摘要
对某小区地下室楼盖结构进行了方案选型与分析,对井字梁、大板、大板加腋、无梁楼盖、空心密肋楼盖五种常见的楼盖形式,采用YJK软件进行计算,并从材料用量、层高、施工便捷性等方面进行对比,综合考虑安全性、经济性等因素,最终选定了空心密肋楼盖方案作为该工程地下室楼盖结构方案。
In this paper,the type selection and analysis of the basement floor structure of a community were carried out.Five kinds of common floor structure types,such as cross beam floor,large panel floor,haunched large panel floor,flat-slab floor and hollow multi-ribbed floor were calculated and analyzed by YJK softwares.Through the comparative analysis of various factors such as material consumption,storey height,construction convenience,and the comprehensive analysis of safety and economy,the hollow multi-ribbed floor structure was selected as the final plan of the project.
