摘要
环路热管系统的散热性能受充液率、倾斜角、加热功率以及冷却水流量等多种因素影响,且不同因素之间存在交互作用。文中研究设计制造了一套以水为工质的铜质环路热管系统,使用不锈钢丝网组成蒸发器毛细芯。在多组工况下利用该环路热管进行了试验。通过对不同工况下所得各测点温度数据进行分析,得出使环路热管系统散热性能最佳的充液率在50%至60%之间,倾斜角为60°左右。结果表明:加热板功率对环路热管系统的散热性能影响不大;但加热功率较大时,环路热管系统的散热效率会有所下降。冷却水的流量的变化对环路热管性能基本没有影响。通过分析各个因素间相互影响,发现仅热源加热功率与充液率之间有交互作用,但高热源功率下充液率对环路热管系统的影响不显著,其他因素间没有交互作用。
The loop heat pipe(LHP)is a phase change heat transfer device,which is widely used in electronic equipment,aerospace and other fields.The performance of the LHP system is affected by various factors such as working fluids filling rate,tilt angle,heating power,and cooling water flow.In this paper,a LHP system using water as working fluids was prepared and tested.By analyzing the temperature data obtained from the test,it can be concluded that the system can exert the best performance under the condition of 50%to 60%working fluids filling rate in the LHP,and about 60°tilt angle of the evaporator.The results show that the heating power has little effect on the thermal performance of the LHP system.High heat source power reduces the heat transfer efficiency of the LHP system.The change in the cooling water flow rate has little effect on the thermal performance of the LHP system.Through the analysis of the mutual influence of various factors,it is concluded that there is an interaction between the heat source heating power and the working fluid filling rate.
