摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)并发高血压患者血清胎球蛋白B(Fetuin B)的变化情况。方法 2018年7月~2019年3月中山大学附属中山医院内分泌科治疗的126例T2MD患者作为研究对象,分为T2DM组和T2DM并发高血压组,其中T2DM组患者43例,T2DM并发高血压组83例。选取同期健康体检者45例作为对照组。分别检测Fetuin B和Hcy水平,对各组间的结果进行比较。结果 T2DM并发高血压组Fetuin B(63.481±69.922 ng/ml)水平高于对照组(5.127±0.509 ng/ml)和T2DM组(32.187±25.782 ng/ml);T2DM并发高血压组Hcy(12.080±4.474μmol/L)的水平高于对照组(7.650±1.706μmol/L)和T2DM组(10.230±4.470μmol/L)。二元logistic回归分析:Fetuin B和Hcy是T2DM并发高血压者的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。T2DM并发高血压组Fetuin B与Hcy进行Spearsman相关分析,结果显示Fetuin B与Hcy呈正相关(r=0.571,P=0.000)。结论 Fetuin B参与了T2MD并发高血压的发生、发展过程,检测Fetuin B对T2MD患者并发高血压有着重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum Fetuin B in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM) complicated with hypertension. Methods 126 T2 MD patients treated by the department of endocrinology of Affilited zhongshan Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from July 2018 to March 2019 were divided, into T2 DM group and T2 DM group with hypertension as study subjects, including 43 patients in T2 DM group and 83 patients in T2 DM group with hypertension.A total of 45 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group.Fetuin B and Hcy levels were detected respectively, and the results of each group were compared. Results The level of Fetuin B(63.481±69.922 ng/ml) in T2 DM group was higher than that in control group(5.127±0.509 ng/ml) and T2 DM group(32.187±25.782 ng/ml).The level of Hcy(12.080±4.474 μmol/L) in the T2 DM hypertensive group was higher than that in the control group(7.650±1.706 μmol/L) and the T2 DM group(10.230±4.470 μmol/L).Binary logistic regression analysis: Fetuin B and Hcy were independent risk factors for T2 DM patients with hypertension(P<0.05) and Spearsman correlation analysis of Fetuin B and Hcy in T2 DM group with hypertension showed a positive correlation between Fetuin B and Hcy(r=0.571, P=0.000).Conclusion Fetuin B is involved in the occurrence and development of T2 MD complicated hypertension, and the detection of Fetuin B has important clinical significance for T2 MD patients complicated with hypertension.
