混合脱磷剂用于半钢炼钢脱磷的生产实践

摘要 主要研究了LF精炼终渣配加铁皮球和石灰提高冶炼前期脱磷效果的可行性及实践研究,试验结果表明混合脱磷剂脱磷效果良好,最小脱磷率为62.09%,最大为72.55%,平均为65.69%,分别比对比试验组最大脱磷率57.78%提高6.94%、20.36%、12.04%,最佳工艺参数为枪位1650 mm,供氧流量17500 m^3/h,供氧时间370 s,混合脱磷剂加入量2.5 t,底吹气体流量350~450 Nm^3/h。 This paper mainly studies the feasibility and practical research of improving dephosphorization effect of LF refining final slag with iron sheet pellets and lime in the early stage of smelting.The experimental results show that the dephosphorization effectof the two materials is good,the minimum dephosphorization rate is 62.09%,the maximum dephosphorization rate is 72.55%,the average is 65.69%,which is 6.94%,20.36%and 12.04%respectively higher than the maximum dephosphorization rate 57.78%of the experimental group.The optimum process parameters are gun position 1650mm,oxygen flow rate 17500 m^3/h,oxygen supply time 370s,mixed dephosphorizing agent 2.5t and bottom blowing gas flow rate 350-450 Nm^3/h.
