摘要 创伤性脑损伤(TBI)的病理生理进程复杂,机制尚不明确,但神经炎症在其中发挥着重要作用.TBI后诱导一系列炎症反应,释放大量损伤相关分子、趋化因子和细胞因子,激活小胶质细胞和星形胶质细胞,诱导循环免疫细胞的迁移.TBI后神经炎症的生物学功能是一把"双刃剑",一方面可加重继发性脑损伤,另一方面可清除细胞碎片等有害物质.因此,针对治疗TBI后神经炎症的靶向药物进行研究具有广泛而深刻的意义,本文现就此方面内容进行综述. The pathophysiological progress of traumatic brain injury(TBI)is complex and the mechanism is not clear,but neuroinflammation plays an important role in the pathophysiology of TBI.TBI can induce a series of inflammatory reactions,release a large number of damage-related molecules,chemokines and cytokines,activate microglia and astrocytes,and induce the migration of circulating immune cells.The biological function of neuroinflammation is a"double-edged sword".It can aggravate the secondary brain injury,and on the other hand,it can clear away the cell debris and other harmful substances.Therefore,the research on targeted drugs for the treatment of post TBI neuroinflammation has a wide and profound significance.This paper reviews this aspect.
