摘要 工作面回采过程中形成的超前支承压力对巷道上、下端头会造成重大的安全影响,超前支承压力的分布范围决定了端头的超前支护距离,但是超前支护距离的确定一般是根据经验选定。经验值在实际应用过程中会存在诸多问题,其中超前支承压力对巷道顶板和两帮的影响就存在较为明显的差异。为系统性研究超前支承压力对巷道顶板和两帮影响的差异,以布尔台煤矿42202工作面为工程背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场工程实践的研究方法,研究差异产生的机理,为回采过程中巷道稳定和安全生产提供帮助。 The forward support pressure formed during the mining process of the working face will have a major safety impact on the upper and lower ends of the roadway. The distribution range of the forward support pressure determines the forward support distance of the face-end, but the determination of the forward support distance is generally based on experience. However,there are many problems in the practical application of experience values. Among them,there are obvious differences in the influence of forward support pressure on the roof and the two gangs of the roadway. For systematic study of the difference between the influence of advanced support pressure on the roof and the two gangs of the roadway. Taking the 42202 working face of the Buertai coal mine as the engineering background, the research methods of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and engineering practice in field were used to study the mechanism of the difference,providing help for the roadway stability and safe production during the process of mining.
