摘要 高速铁路桥面渗水是造成桥梁结构损伤与破坏的一大病害,而桥面防水保护层是提高桥面防水耐久性的重要工序,一般采用C40纤维混凝土对桥面防水进行保护。由于桥面防水保护层厚度厚度较薄(4cm^8cm),受温度变形较敏感,容易产生裂缝而渗水,在冬季严寒水的冻胀作用下,会使保护层裂缝逐渐变大以使混凝土剥落,影响高速铁路行车安全。本文结合我公司承建的京沈客运专线辽宁段TJ-8标桥面防水保护层施工,通过对保护层混凝土原材、配合比、施工以及构造四个方面进行优化改进,提高严寒地区高速铁路桥面防水保护层的抗裂性和耐久性。 Water seepage on the bridge deck of high-speed railway is a major disease that causes damage and destruction of the bridge structure,and the bridge deck waterproof protective layer is an important process to improve the waterproof durability of the bridge deck.C40 fiber concrete is generally used to protect the bridge deck waterproofing.Because the thickness of the waterproof protective layer on the bridge deck is thin(4 cm^8 cm),it is sensitive to temperature deformation,and it is easy to produce cracks and seepage.Under the frost heaving effect of the cold water in winter,the cracks in the protective layer will gradually increase to make the concrete peel off,which will affect the safety of high-speed railway operation.This article combines the construction of the TJ-8 standard bridge deck waterproof protective layer construction of the Liaoning section of the Beijing-Shenzhen Passenger Dedicated Line contracted by our company,and optimizes and improves the concrete raw materials,mix proportion,construction and structure of the protective layer,so as to improve the crack resistance and durability of the waterproof protective layer of high-speed railway bridge deck in severe cold area.
