摘要
目前我们施工企业普遍缺乏工程保险方面的人才,施工企业对工程保险普遍认识不足,缺乏风险意识,这导致了施工企业施工过程出了险情、发生了保险事件后得不到工程保险方面的经济补偿,企业的正当经济利益得不到有效维护,在一定程度上不利于企业的健康发展。本文浅谈建设工程中的工程保险的意义,希望对提高施工企业对工程保险的认识和运用有所启发和帮助。本文主要讲述的是工程一切险及第三方责任险。
At present,the construction companies generally lack engineering insurance talents,and have insufficient understanding of engineering insurance and lack risk awareness,which has caused the construction enterprise experienced a dangerous situation during the construction process and did not receive financial compensation for engineering insurance after an insurance incident occurred,so the legitimate economic benefits of an enterprise cannot be effectively maintained,and it is not conducive to the healthy development of the enterprise to a certain extent.This article discusses the significance of engineering insurance in construction projects,and hopes to inspire and help improve the understanding and application of engineering insurance by construction companies.This article mainly describes all engineering risks and third-party liability insurance.
