春、夏季舟山海域浮游动物分布特征、群落结构及其与环境因子的关系 被引量:7

Distribution characteristics and community structure of zooplankton in seawater around Zhoushan in spring and summer and their associations with environmental factors

摘要 根据2016年5、8月2个航次的生态调查资料,对舟山海域38个监测站位的浮游动物种类组成、丰度、生物量、优势种、物种多样性、群落结构特征、群组指示种进行研究。结果显示,春季浮游动物平均丰度及平均生物量(47.1ind./m^3和251.2mg/m^3)均低于夏季(201.5 ind./m^3和1124.7 mg/m^3);春季全海域浮游动物多样性指数低于夏季(春季H’=1.41,夏季H’=1.86)。浮游动物丰度在春季与表层温度、表层盐度呈现正相关,在夏季与表层盐度呈现弱的负相关。无论是春季还是夏季,由各群组浮游动物指示种来看,调查站位可分为受冲淡水影响的杭州湾内群组和受到外海水团影响的其他群组。洋流和水团深刻影响了浮游动物群落结构,温度和盐度是影响舟山海域浮游动物分布的主要环境因子。 We analyzed the species composition and abundance of zooplankton, identified the dominant species, calculated the biodiversity, characterized the community and determined the indicator species based on the dataset collected in 2 voyages in May and August, 2016. The results indicated that the average abundance and biomass of spring(47.1 ind./m^3 and 251.2 mg/m^3, respectively) were lower than those of summer(201.5 ind./m^3 and 1124.7 mg/m^3, respectively). The biodiversity indicator of total survey area in spring(H’=1.41) was lower than that of summer(H’=1.86). The average abundance was positively correlated with surface temperature and salinity in spring, and showed a weak negative correlation with surface salinity in summer. The stations can be divided into 2 types, the affected by diluted water and the affected by water masses off the coast. Water masses affected the spatial distribution of zooplankton community profoundly. Temperature and salinity were the main environmental factors affecting the distribution of zooplankton community.
