摘要
介绍了气动机械手的产生、优势和发展现状,提出了新颖的组合式气动柔性机械手的设计方案,分析了方案的特点和优势。针对单个的组合式气动柔性手指的具体设计,进行了有限元分析,并详细介绍了具体的制作过程、步骤和多样性的动作控制方式。重点阐述了2种可自由组合的多用途气动柔性机械手的结构和具体的实际应用,最大限度的扩展了气动柔性机械手的功能和使用场合,为气动柔性机械手的设计、制造、应用等提供了新的方法和思路。
This paper introduces the generation,advantages and development status of the pneumatic manipulator,puts forward a new design scheme of the combined pneumatic flexible manipulator,and analyzes the characteristics and advantages of the design scheme.According to the design of a single combined pneumatic flexible finger,the finite element analysis is carried out,and the specific manufacturing process,steps and various action control methods are introduced in detail.This paper focuses on the structure and practical application of two kinds of multi-purpose pneumatic flexible manipulator which can be combined freely.This design extends the function and application of the pneumatic flexible manipulator to the greatest extent,and provides new methods and ideas for the design,manufacture and application of the pneumatic flexible manipulator.
