摘要
中外产业园区是国内新生事物,具有重要的招商引资作用和示范引领作用。由于产业园区客户为中外投资者,其官网简介往往中英双语呈现。本文以中国-马来西亚钦州产业园区、广西钦州保税港区和英国剑桥产业园与美国堪萨斯州大平原产业园区为具体对比材料,进行中外产业园区简介汉英语言对比研究,聚焦词汇、句法、篇章三个层面上的中英文语言差异,以求为中外产业园区官网简介中文文本英译提供借鉴和翻译指导。
Sino-Foreign industrial parks,as new things in China,play an important role in attracting investment and leading demonstration.As the customers of the industrial parks are both Chinese and foreign investors,their official website profiles are often presented in both Chinese and English.In this paper,a comparative study of Chinese and English Industrial Park profiles is carried out based on the comparison between China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park,Guangxi Qinzhou Free Trade Port Area,the Cambridge Science Park and the Great Plains Industrial Park,focusing on the differences between Chinese and English in terms of vocabulary,syntax,text,,in order to provide reference and translation guidance for English translation of official website profiles of Sino-Foreign industrial parks.
