摘要
新时代背景下,公安思想政治教育工作必须符合新时代发展要求,为公安工作提供强大的精神动力。从环境、制度、队伍三个方面,具体分析当前我国公安思想政治教育软环境的状况及面临的复杂社会环境、不健全的制度及不完善的警察队伍建设等一系列挑战,提出科学优化我国公安思想政治教育软环境的初步构想,探索涵盖和谐警营人文环境、职业保障体系和专业化警察队伍的建设路径,旨在有效提升思想政治教育实践效果,建立健康、有序、和谐的新时代公安思想政治教育软环境。
Under the background of the new era,the ideological and political education of public security has been developing and progressing,which must meet the requirements of the new era and provide strong spiritual impetus for the work of public security.The soft environment construction of public security ideological and political education includes three aspects:environment,system and team.This paper analyzes the current situation of the soft environment of the ideological and political education of public security in our country and faces a series of challenges such as the complicated social environment,the imperfect system and norm,and the imperfect construction of the police force,etc.This paper puts forward the tentative idea of optimizing the soft environment of the ideological and political education of public security in our country from the exterior to the interior,and probes into the construction path of covering the humanistic environment of the harmonious police camp,the professional security system and the specialized police force on the basis of following the law of ideological and political education,we can effectively improve the practical effect of ideological and political education and establish a healthy,orderly and harmonious soft environment of ideological and political education for public security in the new era.
