摘要
目的探讨甲磺酸加贝酯对大鼠深II°烫伤创面愈合的影响。方法选择健康Sprague-Dawley(雄性)大鼠32只,综合评估个体差异无统计学意义后随机分成对照组(添加生理盐水)和实验组(添加甲磺酸加贝酯),每组16只。深Ⅱ°烫伤模型制备后,GM组给予甲磺酸加贝酯30 mg/kg(腹腔注射),1次/d,1~5 d,对照组同期给予等量(30 mg/kg)生理盐水(腹腔注射)。实验过程中两组大鼠均给予同等大鼠专用饲料喂养。分别测定伤后12、24 h创面组织中TNF-α,IL-6的表达情况,并于伤后14、21 d计算烫伤创面愈合率,并比较最终创面痊愈天数。结果在伤后第12、24 h,TNF-α,IL-6表达在实验组创面组织中低于对照组(P<0.05)。伤后第14、21天,实验组烫伤创面愈合率较对照组高(P<0.01)。最终创面痊愈所需天数实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲磺酸加贝酯能够有效缓解深II°烫伤后炎性反应,减少烫伤创面炎症细胞因子TNF-α和IL-6的分泌,使创面上皮化速度增快,缩短创面痊愈时间。
Objective To investigate the effect of gabexate mesilate on the wound healing of the deep second degree scald in rats.Methods A total of 32 healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats with no significant differences between individuals in the comprehensive evaluation were selected and divided into the control group and the experiment group with 16 rats in each group.After the models of the deep second degree scald were established,the experiment group was intraperitoneally injected with gabexate mesilate of 30mg/kg once per day and for one to five days.The control group was treated with normal saline of the same dosage in the same way over the corresponding period.The rats of the two groups were fed with the same special food during the experiment.The expression of TNF-αand IL-6 in the wound tissue was measured at 12 and 24 hours after burn injury respectively,the wound healing rate was calculated at 14 and 21 days after burn injury respectively and the final wound healing days were compared.Results The expression of TNF-αand IL-6 in the wound tissue was significantly lower in the experiment group than in the control group at 12 and 24 hours after burn injury respectively(P<0.05).The wound healing rate of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 14 and 21 days after burn injury respectively(P<0.01).The final wound healing days were significantly less in the experiment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gabexate Mesilate can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction and reduce the secretion of such inflammatory cytokines as TNF-αand IL-6 in deep second degree scald,which expedites the wound epithelization and reduces the wound healing time.
