摘要
目的:探讨黑枸杞水提物对应激性胃溃疡模型小鼠的保护作用。方法:将40只小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、黑枸杞水提物组、雷尼替丁阳性对照组,分别给予生理盐水、生理盐水、黑枸杞水提物、雷尼替丁溶液灌胃5 d,之后除正常对照组以外,其余各组小鼠制作应激性胃溃疡模型。检测小鼠的胃溃疡指数,观察胃黏膜病理变化,检测胃黏膜前列腺素E2(PGE2)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量及超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)的活性。结果:与模型对照组比较,黑枸杞水提物组小鼠胃溃疡指数显著降低(P<0.05),黏膜层和肌层细胞形态大部分恢复正常,胃黏膜中MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05),未明显改善SOD活性与PGE2的含量。结论:黑枸杞水提物能降低应激性胃溃疡模型小鼠胃溃疡指数,改善胃黏膜组织病理变化,其保护作用可能与降低胃黏膜中MDA含量有关。
Objective:To study on the protective effect of water extract of black wolfberry on model mice with water immersion stress-induced gastric ulcer.Methods:40 mice were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group,black wolfberry water extract group and ranitidine positive control group,the mice were gavaged with saline,saline,black wolfberry water extract,ranitidine solution respectively for 5 days.After that,stress-induced gastric ulcer models were made except for the mice from the normal control group.The gastric ulcer index,pathological changes of gastric mucosa,the contents of PGE2 and MDA,and the activity of SOD in gastric mucosa were measured.Results:Compared with the model control group,water extract of black wolfberry treatment significantly decreased gastric ulcer index in mice(P<0.05),most of the cells in the mucosa layer and muscle layer were recovered to normal shape,and the content of MDA in the gastric mucosa was significantly decreased(P<0.05).There was no significant changing in SOD activity and PGE2 content.Conclusion:The water extract of black wolfberry significantly decreased the index of gastric ulcer and improved the pathological changes of gastric mucosa in stress-induced gastric ulcer model mice.The protective effect may be related to the reduction of the content of MDA in gastric mucosa and thus the reduction of oxidative pressure.
