摘要
针对攀钢钒提钒炼钢厂IF钢生产工艺及装备特点,分析影响IF钢RH-MFB脱碳效果的原因,通过建立吹氧脱碳工艺模型、优化铝加热及驱动气体模式等工艺技术措施,并不断完善和优化工艺操作,实现了IF钢成品[C]≤30×10^-6合格率达到90%以上,为提高产品市场竞争力打下坚实基础。
According to the production process and equipment characteristics of IF steel in vanadium extraction and vanadium refining plant of panzhihua steel,this paper analyzes the reasons that affect the decarburization effect of IF steel RH-MFB,establishes the oxygen blowing decarburization process model,optimizes the aluminum heating and driving gas mode,and constantly improves and optimizes the process operation.And the qualified rate of IF steel finished product[C]≤30×10^-6 reaches more than 90%,which lays a solid foundation for improving the market competitiveness of products.
