摘要
目的了解山西某部新兵的人格特征状况,为新兵训练基地开展心理卫生服务工作提供参考。方法应用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对472名新兵问卷调查,对数据进行分析。结果新兵的人格特征状况:内向(55.51%)和稳定性(34.96%)人员有较高的比例。新兵神经质(N)、精神质(P)、掩饰性(L)显著低于中国军人常模(P<0.01);EPQ各维度显著高于地方常模(P<0.01)。不同文化程度,E、N、P因子上得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。非、独生子N因子上得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论新兵总体人格特征良好,多数个体个性内向、稳定,但也存在一些问题。
Objective To explore the recruits’ personality characteristics,so as to provide reference for implementing the mental health service for new recruits training base. Methods A total of 472 recruits were selected and assessed with Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ). Results The personality characteristics of recruits showed that introversion(55.51%) and stability(34.96%) accounted for the greatest proportion.The scores of neuroticism(N) and psychoticism(P) and occultation(L) factor were significantly lower than Chinese armyman norms(P<0.01)and the EPQ-E、N、P、L scores were significantly higher than national norms(P<0.01).The difference in the scores of E and N and P factor was statistically significant among recruits with different education levels(P<0.01).There was significant difference between the scores of non-only child and only child on N factor. Conclusion The recruits have favorable mental health,the basic unit recruits are mainly introverted and stable;but there are some problems.
