摘要
简单介绍了炼化企业挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的排放现状。然后从污染源排查及源强核算、管控方法与技术、管控效果三个方面入手,剖析了炼化企业VOCs的管控现状及现存问题;并且着重从源头控制、过程管控、末端回收及治理、管理平台四个角度介绍了现行的管控方法与技术。为提高炼化企业VOCs全过程管控的精细化程度,提出了深入管控VOCs的理念。而且从多重角度分析了深入化管控的必要性、可行性与需要攻克的难关,最终提出了炼化企业进行深入化管控的7条对策建议。
The status of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emissions from refining and chemical enterprises is briefly introduced.Then from the perspective of pollution source investigation and source strength calculation,control methods and technologies,and control effects,it analyzes the current status and existing problems of VOCs control in refining and chemical enterprises;and focuses on source control,process control,end recovery and management,and management platform four perspectives introduced the current management methods and technologies.In order to improve the fine-grained control of the VOCs throughout the refining and chemical enterprises,the concept of in-depth control of VOCs was proposed.In addition,the necessity,feasibility,and difficulties to be overcome of in-depth management and control are analyzed from multiple perspectives.Finally,seven countermeasures and suggestions for in-depth management and control of refining and chemical enterprises are put forward.
